We believe in transparency and honesty. We hope you will find this privacy policy clear and transparent. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?The Application does not provide an option to create an account therefore, we do not store nor have access to your entries and data. Your data are stored only locally on your device and all calculations are done on your device as well. You can optionally backup or export your data to Google Drive (Android) or to Apple iCloud (iOS). Your backups or exports are stored in your private cloud space and we don’t have access to your backup files.
We obtain your email address when you request support via email or customer support contact form. We use your email only to contact you to provide support, feedback or important information.Backup
Our users can choose to manually export their data and store it wherever they want or they can optionally make cloud backups. The cloud backups are kept in users’ private cloud space where we have no access.Android Google Drive Backups

iOS users can optionally backup their data using iCloud Drive. Their backups are stored in their private iCloud Drive space and count against their quota. iCloud secures your information by encrypting it when it’s in transit, storing it in iCloud in an encrypted format, and using secure tokens for authentication. Our application may collect some anonymized usage data that are essential for us to deliver our services, to understand your needs, and to improve our services. Such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, in-app purchases, screen visits, session durations, or other information about how users interact with our app. These data are fully anonymized and aggregated and thus not linked to any particular user. The application may also collect crashes and performance reports so we can improve the stability and performance of our app.
The application does NOT collect any user-generated content. Such as your name, surname, email, photos, or anything you type within the app. Your entries and memories are truly private and fully under your control.Photos
The ability to add photos is retained for premium users. You can optionally attach a photo to your entry. Your photos are stored locally on your phone and only uploaded to the app. Current versions of the app do not allow the photo to be downloaded. If you choose to manually export your data, the photos are not included in the exported backup file alongside your entries. We have no access to your photos.Android

Data collected (optional): We use Google Advertising ID only if you give us permission. We use it to detect fraudulent activities. The Google Advertising ID is a unique, user-resettable, and user-deletable ID, provided by Google Play services. It gives users better controls and provides developers with a simple, standard system to continue to monetize their apps. It enables users to reset or delete their identifier.

Although all the clauses contained in this agreement are standard clauses about software products, it is advised that you read them entirely.This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) constitutes an agreement between you and Grapes and Carrots LLC (herein referred to as the “Owner”) with regard to the mobile applications for Mobile Phones (herein referred to as “Software Product” or “Software”). By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.Your use of the Software (as specified below) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If you do not accept the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.1. LICENSE: The Software is licensed, not sold. The Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device. The rights granted herein are subject to your compliance with this EULA. The Software is being licensed to you, and you hereby acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Software is being transferred or assigned, and this EULA is not to be construed as a sale of any rights in the Software.2. RESTRICTIONS OF USE: Unless the Owner has authorized you to distribute the Software, you shall not make or distribute copies of the Software or transfer the Software from one device to another. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, include in other software, translate the Software, or use the Software for any commercial purposes. You shall not modify, alter, change or otherwise make any modification to the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. This limitation shall not apply solely to the extent that any specific provision of this limitation of liability is prohibited by any federal, state, or municipal law, which cannot be preempted.For One-Time Purchases, the Owner’s liability shall not exceed the actual price paid for the purchase. For Subscriptions, the Owner’s liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the most recent subscription period. These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim arises in tort (including negligence), contract, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.6. Your use of the Software, including any features or content accessed through Subscriptions or One-Time Purchases, may be subject to these updates or modifications. By using the Software, you agree to accept and install updates as required by the Owner.For One-Time Purchases, while the Owner endeavors to provide continuous access to purchased features, it reserves the right to discontinue, replace, or modify the Software or its features, including those tied to One-Time Purchases, in the event of technical, legal, or business-related requirements. Such modifications will not entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law.The Owner shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by changes or discontinuation of features, Subscriptions, or One-Time Purchases due to updates or modifications, provided these changes are made in accordance with this EULA.9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ONE-TIME PURCHASESSubscriptionsUsers may access the Software in the following ways:Free Version: A program gives limited access for an unlimited time.
Paid Subscription “PREMIUM”: a subscription fee-based program that gives access to extra content. You will only have access to the Subscription Program while your subscription is active and subsisting. You can become a subscriber to the Subscription Program by purchasing a subscription to the Products within the Apps, where allowed by the Application Marketplace Partners. Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide refunds. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Google’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds.
The application offers monthly and annual subscription options. For the purposes of our monthly and annual subscriptions, a month constitutes 30 calendar days, and a year constitutes 365 calendar days.Our “Monthly” subscription is paid in monthly installments. The monthly renewal subscription fees will continue to be billed to the Payment Method you provided automatically until canceled. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month subscription period.Our “Yearly” subscription is paid for by an upfront one-off payment with automatic annual renewals. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the renewal subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial subscription period.One-Time Purchases
Users may also access additional features or content through a One-Time Purchase, which grants access for a duration not limited by a specific time (subject to reasonable use terms as outlined below). The following terms apply to One-Time Purchases:
Non-Refundable: All One-Time Purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
Reasonable Use: Access granted through a One-Time Purchase is valid as long as the Software remains operational and supported by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Software, including features provided through One-Time Purchases, in accordance with Clause 8 (Updates and Modifications).
Platform-Specific Terms: If the One-Time Purchase is made through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), the purchase will be subject to the platform’s applicable payment and refund policies.
No Transfer: One-Time Purchases are tied to the user’s account and cannot be transferred to another account or device unless permitted by the platform and supported by the Software.11. DOCUMENT CHANGES: At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page.
